The Hallde RG-250 veg prep machine takes professional vegetable preparation to a higher level - with extreme high output and cutting performance, made to process 1000 portions/day, 10kg/minute and has a duty cycle of 1.4 tonnes per day.

The RG-250diwash can slice, dice, shred, grate, cut julienne, cut French fries and waffle vegetables, fruits, dry bread, cheese, nuts and mushrooms with ease. The machine has immensely durable construction combined with an ergonomic user-friendly design. All removable parts are dishwasher safe and parts coming in contact with food have a patented coating enabling easy cleaning. The Hallde also has an innovative smooth surface, designed to have minimal friction in food-zones, saving time.
